ABOUT THE JOB

We are in full transition from a European leading service provider of airport equipment solutions to a global leader. Therefore we are looking for an Administrative Coordinator, based at our Belgian operational site in Steenokkerzeel.

As Administrative Coordinator you assist TCR Belgium in all different kind of administration. For this position, we are eager to find a highly motivated professional with a lot of motivation to learn fast, with strong administrative and communication skills.

 

WHERE YOU’LL CREATE THE MOST IMPACT

You will be supporting our business by being responsible in the following key areas:

  • You discuss and agree on the work planning of our technicians
  • You are responsible for the administrative process of work orders
  • You organize and manage the warehouse
  • You support our logistics department by placing and following up on orders, etc.
  • You act as the contact person between operations and admin

 

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • You have strong administrative and organizational skills
  • You are flexible and polyvalent
  • You have a minimum understanding of technical aspect
  • You have experience with warehouse
  • You are self-driven and autonomous
  • You have good communication skills
  • You are a real team player
  • You are trilingual: fluent in English, French and Dutch – oral and written
